TERMS & CONDITIONS

Kika Yoga (CVR: 42035122 ; Email: kika@kikayoga.dk ) provides yoga teaching and sound bath meditation facilitation via online and in person classes, workshops, corporate and private sessions. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing our products or services. By signing up to or participating in any offering from Kika Yoga you agree to accept all of the below terms and conditions and will adhere to them. Note that you have to be of legal age (i.e. 18 years or older) to fully comply with this agreement.

Waiver of Liability

I agree that I am voluntarily participating in an online or in person class, workshop or course offered by Kika Yoga. I understand and recognise that yoga classes with Kika Yoga may be physically strenuous and may cause physical injury. I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge and awareness of the risks and hazards involved. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation and agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injury or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the class or programme. No part of the provision of the Service shall be deemed to be, nor is it intended to be, nor should it be taken to be, the provision of health advice. Kika Yoga is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending our classes & taking part in all activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I understand that I may receive physical or verbal assists or adjustments to enhance or correct my body posture during class or yoga workshops. I will take accountability for alerting the teacher of any injury or impairment in advance before class begins or if I do not want to receive any assists.

I understand that in very exceptional circumstances the class timetable may be altered at short notice, Kika Yoga reserves the right to make any such alterations. Sign up to the mailing list via the website so you can be kept informed of any schedule changes. You have the option to unsubscribe from this list at any time.

I understand that photos and videos may be taken of the class or workshop and used by Kika Yoga in their promotional material online and offline. By entering into this agreement I agree that it is my responsibility to make myself known should I not wish to be photographed or filmed.

If you are attending an in-person class or workshop, you accept full responsibility for your belongings. Kika Yoga does not accept responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged goods.

Booking & Purchase Policy

- Events & workshops and 1:1 sessions

Payment needs to be made upon booking.
Please arrive at least 5 mins before the scheduled start time of the workshop. Late entry to workshops will not be permitted or refunded.
Kika Yoga does not offer refunds on workshops for change of mind, injury, illness or any other reason. All purchases are final.
If you cannot attend, you are welcome pass your ticket forward to a friend.
If event is due to unforeseeable reasons cancelled from our side, you’ll receive a refund or option to reschedule your attendance.
Do not come to class or workshop if you have COVID symptoms. Even if you do not have COVID but have symptoms of a cough/common cold/flu, we must stress that you may be asked to leave in order to not cause discomfort amongst other attendees. Please email kika@kikayoga.dk if you have tested positive for COVID and recently visited an in-person workshop.

In booking or purchasing a service from Kika Yoga and providing an email address, I agree to be communicated with by electronic mail (email). I accept any risk that email may not be a fully secure and confidential means of communication. Kika Yoga will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of communicating in this manner.

Private group sessions

Due to costs involved with room and / or transportation, 50% of the payment for yoga or soundbath sessions for private groups is charged upon booking and is non-refundable.
The other 50% is due to be paid on the day of the session.

- Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased from kikayoga.dk are in a digital format and will be emailed to you within 48 hours from purchase (usually as soon as possible) with the name of the receiver written on the gift card.

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The receiver of the gift card is responsible for contacting Kika Yoga to redeem their gift card within the given timeframe themselves. If the gift card is for a workshop then spots still need to be booked in advance (note that events tend to sell out ahead of time so it’s better to book your spots earlier rather than later to avoid disappointment. 

Gift cards are non-refundable, nor is it possible to exchange them for money. 

 - Monthly Online Yoga Memberships:

By purchasing a membership, you expressly agree that we are authorised to charge you on the Payment Method you designate. You can update change this information at anytime by logging into your account. Receipts are sent once the charge is successful to the registered email account. The monthly membership is valid for all on-demand classes and livestreamed online yoga classes. Monthly memberships are a rolling contract and automatically renewed every month. They are active from the moment you purchase. Each payment covers the coming month in credit. Your membership is personal and can not be shared with anyone. It is only to be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. 

- Cancellation of Online Yoga Membership:

Your subscription will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it. Our subscription is non-binding but you must cancel your payment plan prior to the next charge in order to avoid billing for the next month.

To terminate the membership, you do so on your profile under Account at the top right corner of the page - manage subscription - stop subscription. After termination you won’t be charged again but you still have unlimited access to the membership page until the charge date. 

-Update payment card details for Members:

Card details can be updated by logging into your costumer Account at the top right corner of the page. Click: manage subscription - Payment Method - Update Payment Method. The customer is at all times responsible for ensuring that card data is correct. If this is not complied, your membership will be cancelled after 2 attempts of charging the card.

-Username/Password/Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information as it relates to the Services, including your username and password, and are responsible for all uses of your username and password whether or not authorised by you. If you wish to have someone else use your device, it is important you always log out so no other individual will have access to your content. You agree to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorised use of your username and password.

Ownership of Content

All content of livestream and on demand yoga classes and other offerings is owned solely by Kika Yoga and may not be redistributed, resold or passed on.

Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse you access to either the online or in-person services in the case of: Anti-social behaviour, misconduct, abusive behaviour to staff, intoxication, very obvious cold symptoms.

Acceptance and Changes to Terms

The Company shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add, or remove any terms or conditions of these Terms of Service without notice or liability to you. Any changes to these Terms of Service shall be effective immediately following the posting of such changes. You agree to review these Terms of Service from time to time and agree that any subsequent use by you of the Services following changes to these Terms of Service shall constitute your acceptance of all such changes.
