Doesn’t matter if you need something slow and calming or faster and energising, something contemplative or fun, long or short, for morning or evening - there’s something here for everyone!

Yoga anytime, anywhere
If you don’t have time to always make it to studio but still would like guidance and a format to come to your mat and practice on a regular basis then this membership is for you! No matter if a beginner or experienced - I aim to offer options so that everyone can feel good in their bodies, bring space to tightness, calm to the mind and strength, but also rest to the body.
It is often harder to dedicate for a full-length class from home or on the side of your responsibilities which results in less and less time on your mats.
Yoga practice is about consistence - it’s better to do 5 minutes every day than one full-length class every month - I’d like to make it easier for you to keep it consistent, meaningful, and fun.
In this platform you’ll find a growing library of around 300 yoga practice videos in various lengths, intensities and focuses so that you find something you can fit into your schedule and mood anytime.
It’s a monthly subscription but with no binding - You can unsubscribe anytime before the next monthly payment!

You will then receive a link to the zoom livestream to you inbox before the class and will also be sent a recording of the class after in case you didn’t make it to class on time and/or want to practice it again or when it suits you.
